人生で2つ目のマンション購入。
2012年6月27日に契約書にサインしてきました。
入居予定は、2014年の4月なんだけど（笑）

今のところは気に入っているので、入居して10年経ったし改装するか悩んでいたのですが、
やっぱりバスルームが2つ欲しいとか、ゲストルームとは別にひとつオフィスが欲しいとか・・・
そんな訳で新しいマンションをあちこち見ながら
改装するか違うところを購入するか考えようと言っている内に、
自分たちの希望に近い物件を発見してしまいました。
人生ってそんなものなのかもしれない。
まだマンション自体は建設前なので、地下駐車場の大きな穴が開いてるだけｗ
引っ越しも2014年の4月なので、ほぼ2年弱先の話です。
今のところを少し手直しして売りに出さないといけないので、
ちょこっと時間があるのは嬉しいです。
近い内にばたばたするかもしれないけど、今は嵐の前の静けさ。
今のところをどうやって売るかとか、荷物をどう整理するかとか（これは恐怖）、
新しいところのインテリアをどうするかとか考えながら、
今年の夏休みを過ごしたいと思ってます。

BTW - how are you going to move all your girls ... without チョコ成人 finding out?
He still thinks you have only a few girls, right???

It will be our 2nd condo.
We have to sell ours, but we have almost 2 years before moving.
Our new place will have a small office,
but a dollie room will be difficult [壁]ﾉ_<｡)ｸﾞｼｭ
I'll pack my dolls really nicely so that チョコ星人 will not find out the truth! (・∀・)
I am not looking forward to packing, but a new place is exciting.
I will for sure send you the new address when it gets close to the move.
